Good Eating Monday: Pot Luck Salad Favorites!
Since summer time means cook-outs and picnics, I'm sharing a some of my favorite pot-luck take-alongs! Each recipe links back to the Good Eating Monday post where I featured it! Caprese Pasta Salad A delicious combination of pasta, grape tomatoes, fresh mozzarella & pesto dressing! Oriental Ramen Noodle Salad A sweet-sour salad made with bagged slaw mix, crispy Ramen noodles, carrot matchsticks, green peas, mandarin oranges, sliced almonds and sesame seed with a yummy sugar, vinegar, soy sauce & sesame seed oil! Broccoli Raisin Salad Another sweet-sour salad featuring broccoli florets, raisins, walnuts & mandarin oranges with a mayo, sugar & vinegar dressing! Pineapple Fluff A combination of coconut pudding, crushed pineapple, mini-marshmallows, pecan pieces and whipped topping that can be either a salad or a dessert!
