It's just basically spaghetti sauce with a freezer brand of breaded chicken added the last hour of cooking, then topped with a whole block of Mozzarella slices for a thick gooey topping. It's the breading that keeps the chicken moist. I use the recipe often, but this time I tried T yson Naturals 100% Whole Grain Breaded Chicken Breast Chunks. They were the perfect size!
